The ideal candidate will work onsite at our state-of-the-art rehabilitation center located in Deltona, Florida. Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with medical professionals and interdisciplinary team members to assess patient history and current health needs effectively.
• Utilize your expertise to demonstrate knowledge of complex medical diagnoses, testing results, and appropriate contraindications and precautions.
• Develop and implement innovative, efficient treatment programs tailored to a diverse caseload that includes orthopedic, neurological, pediatric, and other patient populations.
• Manage clinical outcomes by evaluating outlier cases and engaging collaboratively with fellow therapists to enhance treatment efficacy.
• Ensure streamlined clinical workflows to optimize patient capture, processing of referrals, and scheduling, improving overall operational efficiency.
• Execute individualized therapy plans focusing on early intervention strategies and same-day evaluations to foster optimal recovery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your caseload will include patients of varying ages and conditions, emphasizing personalized care tailored to each individual's needs. Qualifications

• An active Florida State license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• A Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
