Work Environment

This full-time position is based onsite in our Rehabilitation Center in Deltona, Florida. Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Vitality Restore, your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Conducting thorough patient assessments to evaluate physical function and therapy needs, taking a holistic approach to patient care.
• Collaborating with physicians and the patient care team to develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient's goals.
• Providing skilled therapy interventions using both traditional techniques and innovative methods to ensure meaningful progress in patients' health status.
• Educating patients, families, and caregivers on effective therapeutic activities, exercises, and the proper use of assistive devices.
• Managing caseloads efficiently, prioritizing therapeutic needs and coordinating daily treatment assignments.
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation to track patients' progress and response to therapy according to regulatory standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on treating a diverse patient population, including adults and children recovering from post-surgery rehabilitation, sports injuries, and chronic conditions. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT).
• Current licensure to practice Physical Therapy in the state of Florida.
• Certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS), to be obtained within 30 days of your employment start date.

Preferred Experience

While we require a minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, we are particularly interested in candidates with backgrounds in rehabilitation sciences, manual therapy techniques, or pediatric care.
