Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical abilities and limitations through clinical evaluations and diagnostic techniques to determine individual treatment needs.
• Design, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans based on patient evaluation, using evidence-based practices and integrating new techniques to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Provide a wide range of hands-on therapies, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and other modalities to alleviate pain and improve mobility.
• Continuously monitor and document patient progress in compliance with organizational standards, and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
• Educate patients and their families about the rehabilitation process, home exercise programs, injury prevention strategies, and lifestyle modifications to maintain progress beyond therapy sessions.
• Effectively communicate with healthcare professionals and collaborate to maximize patient care outcomes, ensuring continuity between physical therapy and other medical services.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary range of $90,000 to $120,000, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
