Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive assessment and individualized treatment plans tailored to patient-specific rehabilitation objectives.
• Maintain a balanced patient caseload that allows for thorough attention to each client's needs, ensuring optimal patient care.
• Utilize advanced orthopedic techniques within an outpatient context, leveraging your expertise and experience as a Physical Therapist.

• Monitor and evaluate treatment effectiveness routinely, making data-driven adjustments to care plans based on patient progress.
• Document all patient interactions and treatment processes meticulously using EMR systems, particularly WebPT, to maintain accurate patient records.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians and rehabilitation specialists, to optimize patient outcomes and ensure well-rounded care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our primary focus is on providing thorough outpatient care to a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from surgeries, sports injuries, and other musculoskeletal conditions. You will work closely with a variety of clients, ranging from athletes striving to return to peak performance to older adults seeking improved mobility and strength.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
• Possession of an active and unblemished Physical Therapist license in the state of Florida.
• Demonstrated expertise in a variety of manual therapy techniques and treatment methodologies.
• Exceptional skills in creating and implementing effective exercise programs tailored to patients' needs.
• Proficiency in using EMR systems, particularly WebPT, for accurate and timely documentation.
• Extensive knowledge of contemporary physical therapy practices based on current research and best practices.

Preferred Experience

Experience in an outpatient rehabilitation setting is highly preferred, as familiarity with this environment will enhance your ability to address the varied challenges our patients face. Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
