Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed evaluations of patients referred by healthcare providers, enabling a comprehensive understanding of their unique needs.
• Design personalized treatment plans that are tailored to individual circumstances and goals, utilizing established protocols and therapeutic approaches.
• Administer evidence-based physical therapy treatments for a diverse range of conditions, including orthopedic, neurological, pediatric, and sports-related issues.
• Document patient progress meticulously, ensuring compliance with clinical best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Educate patients and their caregivers about treatment plans, providing them with tools and knowledge to support their recovery.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to promote comprehensive patient care and optimize treatment outcomes.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure a positive patient experience, addressing concerns and fostering long-lasting relationships.
• Meet or exceed minimum utilization goals and maintain clinical measures that align with organizational objectives.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA or CAPTE-accredited program.
• Current state license in Physical Therapy, with maintaining compliance to state regulatory standards.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification from the American Heart Association.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enhancing interactions with patients and staff.
• Competent computer skills, including proficiency in word processing and other relevant applications.
• Ability to establish strong relationships with patients, ensuring their objectives are met and exceeded.

Preferred Experience

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution is preferred but not mandatory.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in physical therapy is required.

• Current CPR certification is necessary.
