Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough screenings and evaluations of patients, using both subjective and objective measures to assess their conditions and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Implement and monitor a variety of physical therapy modalities and interventions to effectively treat injuries, diseases, and disabilities.
• Educate patients and their caregivers on therapeutic strategies, home exercises, and lifestyle modifications aimed at promoting optimal recovery and health management.
• Document patient care activities, progress, and outcomes meticulously, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and the center's policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams alongside physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to streamline patient care and enhance communication regarding patient needs.
• Oversee and support physical therapy assistants and aides, guiding them in the delivery of patient care and ensuring high-quality outcomes.
• Actively engage in continuing education, participating in training sessions or workshops that enhance clinical skills and knowledge in physical therapy practices.
• Contribute to departmental operations, including managing schedules and participating in quality improvement initiatives to elevate service delivery standards.

Qualifications
