Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute individualized treatment plans that address the specific rehabilitative goals of each patient.
• Capably manage a reasonable caseload, ensuring each patient receives personalized attention and support.
• Leverage your expertise in orthopedic care and apply manual therapy techniques and modalities tailored to patient needs.
• Encourage patient engagement by utilizing effective communication and motivational strategies to promote adherence to treatment protocols.
• Implement evidence-based interventions and rehabilitation programs focusing on improving clients' mobility, strength, and overall function.
• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on clinical judgment and evidence.
• Maintain precise and detailed documentation of patient interactions, treatment provided, and progress achieved, particularly utilizing EMR software such as WebPT.
• Participate in multidisciplinary teamwork with healthcare professionals to provide holistic care to patients.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In our outpatient clinic, you will be working predominantly with adult patients recovering from various orthopedic conditions, sports injuries, and surgeries. Our approach prioritizes enhancing patient mobility and wellness through customized therapy programs. Qualifications

• Successfully completed a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) program from an accredited institution.
• Possess an active Physical Therapist license in Florida, demonstrating a clean record without sanctions or board proceedings.
• Exhibit strong proficiency in manual therapy techniques and demonstrate ability in developing tailored exercise programs.
• Familiarity with EMR software, particularly WebPT, for accurate and efficient documentation.
• Stay current and knowledgeable about advancements in physical therapy and rehabilitation strategies supported by clinical research.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of experience in an outpatient setting, applying clinical knowledge to effectively address patient needs.
• Proven track record of managing diverse patient populations, specifically in orthopedic rehabilitation.
• Experience in sports medicine and an understanding of athletic rehabilitation protocols is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between $80,000 and $100,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
