Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients referred by physicians to develop and implement individualized treatment programs.
• Employ evidence-based techniques and therapeutic practices to address the unique needs of each patient, guiding them through physical rehabilitation.
• Monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to meet rehabilitation goals effectively.
• Educate patients and their families regarding exercises, treatment methods, and injury prevention strategies to promote ongoing wellness.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure integrated care and maximize patient outcomes.
• Document patient interactions and treatment plans in alignment with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain a positive, supportive environment for patients, focusing on delivering excellent customer service.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist at Kinetics Manual Physical Therapy, you will engage with a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from orthopedic injuries, pediatric patients, athletes needing sports-specific rehabilitation, and those with neurologic conditions. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• A valid State License to practice physical therapy.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification from the American Heart Association.

• Proficient in computer skills, including word processing, to assist with documentation and patient management.

Compensation and Benefits
