Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of pediatric patients, developing individualized treatment plans that align with their specific needs and goals.
• Monitor and document patient progress meticulously in electronic health records software, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Implement therapeutic techniques such as manual therapy, exercise regimens, and functional training to restore and enhance mobility.
• Maintain regular communication with patients and their families, providing essential updates about treatment progress and engaging them in home exercise programs.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians and occupational therapists, to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
• Refer patients to additional services and resources when required, advocating for their needs in the broader healthcare system.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
