Position Overview

TheraPlay Child Orthopedic Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team in Sanford, Florida. This full-time position focuses on providing high-quality rehabilitation services to children, with an emphasis on improving physical function, mobility, and overall quality of life. Work Environment

This position is full-time and will operate primarily in our outpatient office setting. You will work Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 3 PM, providing a structured schedule that balances patient care with essential administrative tasks. Our facility is equipped with state-of-the-art rehabilitation tools and technology, allowing therapists to create engaging and effective treatment environments tailored for children. Key Responsibilities

Your role as a Physical Therapist will encompass a variety of responsibilities aimed at achieving the best patient outcomes, including:

• Conducting thorough Physical Therapy evaluations for pediatric patients, assessing their specific needs and challenges.
• Developing individualized treatment plans that utilize evidence-based practices to address each child's physical therapy goals.
• Implementing therapeutic exercises and interventions, adjusting as necessary to meet progress milestones and changing patient needs.
• Regularly reassessing patients to evaluate clinical signs and symptoms, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
• Documenting all patient interactions and progress thoroughly using the clinic's electronic health record system, including SOAP notes and progress summaries, in a timely manner.
• Providing education and guidance to patients and their families regarding the recovery process and potential challenges.
• Meeting practice utilization goals while maintaining the highest standards of patient care and satisfaction.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals at Ensemble Therapy to optimize care plans for patients receiving multiple services.
• Acting as an ambassador for our company's values, fostering a culture of support, respect, and community among staff and families.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited physical therapy program.
• Current and unrestricted licensure from the Board of Physical Therapy to practice in Florida.
• A strong desire to work collaboratively with children and families of diverse backgrounds and needs.
• Willingness to conduct physical therapy evaluations and treatments in-person and via telehealth as clinically appropriate.
• Adaptability to the dynamic demands of a growing therapy center.
• A dedication to providing high-quality, customer-service-oriented care.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, candidates with additional experience in pediatric physical therapy, specialized training in pediatric care, or experience with telehealth platforms will be given preference. Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
