Work Environment

This full-time position is onsite, specifically focused on delivering home care services to our patients. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to determine the physical therapy needs of each patient.
• Design and implement individualized treatment programs based on physician referrals, ensuring adherence to clinical guidelines.
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service while engaging with patients and their families to provide support and education throughout the treatment process.
• Utilize advanced therapeutic techniques in patients' homes, adapting treatments as necessary to align with their specific conditions and progress.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes, regularly discussing treatment plans and progress updates.
• Track and document patient progress, modifying therapy plans as required to meet recovery objectives.
• Meet or exceed minimum productivity goals and other relevant business metrics.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, accompanied by a comprehensive benefits package.
