Work Environment

This role is based onsite as a part of our home care service delivery model. As a member of our passionate team of healthcare professionals, you will engage with clients in their residences, providing convenience and comfort to those in need of rehabilitation. Key Responsibilities

• Perform individualized 1-to-1 patient care, engaging clients in therapeutic activities tailored to their physical recovery needs.
• Thoroughly document all aspects of patient care, ensuring accurate clinical notes, billing information, and correspondence with healthcare team members and stakeholders.
• Apply comprehensive clinical knowledge during patient encounters, demonstrating effective assessment and treatment techniques for various conditions.
• Adhere to all regulatory guidelines, including compliance with HIPAA standards and Medicare reimbursement policies, to maintain the highest quality of care.
• Effectively communicate with patients, families, and team members to provide insights and updates on rehabilitation progress and goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Physical Therapist at One Way Recovery Therapy, Inc., you will work with a diverse population, including pediatric, adult, and elderly patients requiring rehabilitation services. Your expertise will be critical in addressing various musculoskeletal, neurological, and functional impairments, providing therapy that promotes independence, mobility, and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy; candidates with a Master's or Doctorate degree are highly preferred.
• A valid Florida Physical Therapist (PT) license is required.
• Proficiency in trigger point therapy techniques is essential for effective treatment delivery.
• Strong knowledge of human anatomy and physiology to create accurate assessments and interventions.
• Experience and comfort working with pediatric patients are crucial for our comprehensive care offerings.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of one year of clinical experience in an acute care hospital or similar rehabilitation setting is desired.
• Hands-on experience in home care environments will be considered an asset.

• Attractive salary range of USD 120,000 – 130,000 annually.
