Work Environment

This Physical Therapist position will be primarily onsite, working in patients' homes across Sanford. You will adhere to a 40-hour workweek with variable weekend shifts, allowing some flexibility while ensuring high-quality patient care. Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive patient evaluations to determine their physical capabilities and limitations.
• Developing, implementing, and modifying individualized treatment plans based on evaluation findings and patient feedback.
• Consulting with healthcare providers to coordinate ongoing patient care and ensure effective treatment transitions.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

Atrium Physical Therapy offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
