Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Physical Therapist at Revive, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Creating a collaborative and professional workplace that emphasizes teamwork and patient safety, while actively participating in staff meetings and training sessions.
• Identifying clinical improvement opportunities in partnership with the Director of Therapy Operations (DTO) to continuously enhance service delivery.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with external employers, referral sources, and payer groups through regular communication and engagement.
• Utilizing advanced clinical systems for efficient documentation, proper coding, and effective charge capture, ensuring seamless follow-through on all patient care orders.
• Ensuring adherence to the respective Florida State Practice Act, relevant regulations, and compliance with Workers' Compensation protocols to maintain the highest standards of practice.
• Driving improvements in patient satisfaction by implementing feedback mechanisms and monitoring experience metrics.
• Executing therapy plans tailored for each patient, focusing on early intervention and timely evaluations, while managing clinical outcomes and consulting with staff on complex cases.
• Optimizing clinical workflows to enhance patient capture and streamline appointment scheduling, ensuring minimal delays in patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The successful candidate will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from surgeries, managing chronic conditions, or addressing disabilities. Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

• Active Florida State licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• A Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities, utilizing logic to evaluate situations, identify key facts, and craft quality solutions.
• Outstanding customer service orientation, demonstrating professionalism and empathy in all interactions with clients and colleagues.

Preferred Experience

While not required, candidates with prior experience in a rehabilitation facility setting, familiarity with current physical therapy methodologies, or expertise in specialized therapy techniques will be given preference. Experience in engaging with interdisciplinary teams and a strong track record of achieving patient outcomes will also be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

Revive Active Action Therapy, Inc. offers a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Our benefits package includes:
