Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients recovering from injuries, diseases, or surgeries, ensuring individualized treatment strategies tailored to each person's condition.
• Develop and implement effective treatment plans utilizing diverse therapeutic methods, including exercise regimens, hands-on techniques, and equipment to assist with pain management and mobility improvement.
• Regularly monitor and document patient progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on evaluations and patient feedback.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy processes, assistive devices, and self-management techniques, fostering a supportive rehabilitation environment.
• Maintain professional integrity and expertise by participating in ongoing education, attending workshops, and engaging with professional associations in the field of physical therapy.
• Collaborate with other healthcare team members to create a cohesive treatment approach that maximizes patient outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient population includes individuals of all ages, from young children to older adults, who are dealing with a variety of conditions such as orthopedic injuries, neurological disorders, and post-operative rehabilitation. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• A valid and active State License in Physical Therapy.

• Proficiency in word processing and computer skills to maintain accurate patient records.
• A highly flexible and agile approach, adapting to the varying needs of patients and the organization.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to USD 120,000 annually, with additional financial incentives. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
