Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations for patients referred by physicians, identifying their physical therapy needs and developing tailored treatment plans.
• Implement and adjust treatment programs for a variety of specialties, including orthopedic, pediatric, neurological, and sports medicine.
• Provide exceptional customer service by actively engaging with patients and ensuring a positive experience during each visit.
• Work collaboratively with the rehabilitation team to enhance patient outcomes through shared knowledge and coordinated care strategies.
• Deliver skilled therapeutic care to patients in their homes, harnessing techniques and methodologies to achieve optimal function and recovery.
• Educate and empower patients and their caregivers on health management and injury prevention, fostering independence and enhancing quality of life.
• Consistently meet and exceed utilization goals while contributing positively to the business objectives of the facility.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient population is diverse, ranging from children needing rehabilitation for developmental delays to adults recovering from sports injuries. You will also treat patients with chronic pain and those recovering post-surgery, requiring tailored approaches to ensure their safety and effectiveness. Your expertise will guide patients through their therapeutic journey, often leading to life-changing outcomes.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Current state license as a Doctor of Physical Therapy issued by the Physical Therapy Examining Committee.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience as a licensed physical therapist, with an emphasis on outpatient rehabilitation preferred.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective interaction with patients and interdisciplinary teams.
• Proficiency in word processing and electronic health record (EHR) systems to document patient progress efficiently.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
