Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments, evaluations, and develop tailored treatment plans for patients experiencing functional limitations and disabilities as a result of orthopedic conditions.
• Provide consultation to healthcare providers to ensure a seamless continuum of care, facilitating communication among the interdisciplinary treatment team.
• Engage with patients from diverse backgrounds through effective communication, adhering to high standards of customer service.
• Implement and manage treatment plans, including regular evaluations, documentation of patient progress, and adjustments to treatment strategies based on findings.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals by providing timely and accurate documentation regarding patient status, including initial evaluations and discharge plans.
• Lead and participate in community outreach efforts and quality improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and patient satisfaction.
