Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patient's physical capacity and limitations, integrating outcome measures to inform treatment strategies.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans that address specific patient needs, utilizing evidence-based practices and innovative treatment modalities.
• Deliver hands-on therapeutic interventions to enhance mobility, strength, and overall functional abilities, including exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities such as ultrasound or electrical stimulation.
• Monitor patient progress regularly and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal recovery pathways.
• Educate patients and their caregivers on rehabilitation techniques, injury prevention, and strategies for managing pain and improving daily living activities.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care, ensuring compliance with legal and organizational standards.
• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss patient progress and collaborate on integrated care strategies.

Compensation and Benefits
