Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Heal and Renew, you will engage in the following tasks:

• Conduct initial assessments and consultations with patients to understand their medical history, physical condition, and specific symptoms.
• Diagnose movement dysfunctions and construct tailored treatment plans that align with patient needs and recovery goals.
• Implement therapeutic exercise techniques, educating patients on proper usage to enhance mobility and strength.
• Deliver hands-on treatments such as manual therapy, stimulation, or massage to facilitate healing and recovery.
• Guide patients in the use of rehabilitation equipment, including wheelchairs or walkers, demonstrating safe and effective usage.
• Maintain comprehensive patient records, tracking progress against established goals to adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with patients and their families, providing guidance on at-home exercises and treatment options to foster continued recovery outside of sessions.

Compensation and Benefits
