As a Physical Therapist at Empower Physical Therapy, you will work onsite with patients in their homes throughout Orlando. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive examinations and evaluations of patients with functional limitations and disabilities, developing customized treatment plans based on their specific needs.
• Deliver exceptional patient care through effective communication, demonstrating respect and empathy regardless of age, culture, or background.
• Implement treatment plans designed in collaboration with other healthcare providers, ensuring a seamless continuum of care for patients.
• Educate patients and their families on their conditions, treatment options, and exercises to maximize recovery and independence.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our home care services cater to a diverse patient population, including elderly individuals recovering from surgery, individuals with chronic conditions, and those rehabilitating from injuries. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy is required.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting is preferred, ideally in home care or a similar rehabilitative environment.

Compensation and Benefits
