Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients recovering from injury, illness, or surgical procedures in their homes.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that include targeted exercises, hands-on therapy techniques, and the use of specialized equipment to alleviate pain and promote mobility.
• Document and track each patient's progress accurately, ensuring compliance with applicable healthcare regulations and standards.
• Regularly reassess treatment goals and modify care plans based on the progress and needs of each patient.
• Advise patients on the optimal use of assistive devices to enhance self-care and mobility, along with training family members and caregivers on therapy protocols.
• Maintain continuing education by participating in workshops, networking with peers, and staying updated with the latest advancements in physical therapy.
• Leverage technological tools for scheduling, documentation, and patient engagement to optimize home care delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The position involves working directly with a varied patient population, including children, adults, and elderly clients. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Florida.

• Proficient computer skills for patient documentation, scheduling, and utilization of practice management software.

Compensation and Benefits
