Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients referred by physicians, assessing their physical condition and determining appropriate treatment needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on research-driven practices, ensuring alignment with physician directives.
• Administer therapeutic exercises, modalities, and other treatment interventions to facilitate recovery and improve function.
• Educate and train patients and their caregivers about exercises, techniques, and lifestyle modifications to support long-term wellness.
• Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems to document patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes accurately.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to optimize patient care pathways and outcomes.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
