Key Responsibilities

• The Physical Therapist (PT) will deliver high-quality, patient-focused care through thorough assessments and the development of individualized treatment plans in coordination with physicians and the patient care team.
• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations to assess therapeutic, rehabilitative, and functional needs, facilitating the creation of effective care strategies aimed at maximizing patients' recovery.
