Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist, you will:

• Conduct detailed evaluations of patients to assess their physical limitations using diagnostic tests and functional assessments.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that address the specific needs and goals of each patient.
• Provide hands-on therapy including manual exercises, modality treatments, and functional activities to enhance physical capabilities.
• Supervise the implementation of therapy protocols by Physical Therapy Assistants to ensure adherence to the care plan.
• Regularly document patient progress through clinical records including initial evaluations, care plans, and discharge summaries in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team during case conferences to review patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment strategies.
• Educate clients and their families on physical therapy exercises, usage of therapeutic devices, and techniques to promote recovery at home.
• Participate in continuous professional development to stay updated with therapeutic practices and contribute to a culture of lifelong learning.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily serve patients recovering from musculoskeletal injuries, surgical procedures, and neurological conditions. Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
