Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Synchrony Rehabilitation Center, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive evaluations of patients referred by physicians to assess their physical abilities and needs.
• Designing and implementing individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique conditions, goals, and medical histories.
• Administering therapeutic techniques and procedures to promote patients' recovery and enhance their functional independence.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to maximize patient outcomes, actively participating in case discussions and treatment adjustments.
• Providing education and support to patients and their caregivers regarding therapeutic interventions and home exercise programs.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• A valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Florida.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably in rehabilitation.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in word processing and computer skills to document patient cases accurately.
• A strong dedication to building relationships and exceeding patient functional goals.
• An enthusiastic and patient-centered approach to care that fosters meaningful interactions.

Preferred Experience

While the required experience is 2 years, we encourage candidates with experience in specialized areas such as sports medicine, pediatric therapy, or neurological rehabilitation to apply. Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000, complemented by an extensive benefits package.
