This position is based in a dynamic rehabilitation facility located in sunny Orlando, Florida. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients in a home care setting or on-site at our facility, assessing their physical capabilities and rehabilitation needs.
• Develop individualized treatment plans using various therapeutic methods, including exercise prescriptions, hands-on techniques, and therapeutic modalities to alleviate pain and enhance mobility.
• Utilize equipment and assistive devices effectively to facilitate recovery and improve daily functioning.
• Monitor, document, and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.
• Provide education and training to patients, caregivers, and family members on rehabilitation techniques and the use of assistive devices for self-care and ambulation.
• Collaborate with other healthcare team members, including physicians and nursing staff, to ensure cohesive and comprehensive care for all patients.
• Stay current with industry best practices by participating in ongoing education, workshops, and professional networking opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our Physical Therapists will work with a diverse patient population that includes children and adults recovering from injury, surgery, or chronic conditions. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• A valid state license to practice physical therapy.

• A flexible approach to work that allows for adaptability in a variety of settings and patient scenarios.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
