Work Environment

This position offers a full-time, onsite work setting focused on home care in Orlando, Florida. Our therapists work directly with patients in their residences, enabling a personalized approach to rehabilitation. The role is designed to provide autonomy in scheduling, as you can choose your hours primarily within Monday to Friday. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical conditions, developing individualized treatment plans that detail therapy objectives and timelines.
• Utilize various therapeutic methodologies—such as manual therapy, exercise prescriptions, and modalities like ultrasound or electrical stimulation—to address pain and enhance mobility.
• Monitor patient progress meticulously through regular assessments and document each patient's journey and treatment responses in our electronic health record systems.
• Adapt treatment plans based on patient feedback and progress, ensuring continuous improvement towards their rehabilitation goals.
• Educate and train patients, caregivers, and family members on the use of assistive devices and appropriate physical therapy techniques that empower them in their recovery journey.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to maintain cutting-edge knowledge in physical therapy practices and innovations.
• Collaborate with other healthcare team members to provide holistic care and integrated therapy plans.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to new graduates, strengthening their skills and confidence in the practical field.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our client base includes children and adults with various conditions, ranging from post-operative recovery to chronic pain management and rehabilitation after serious injuries. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.

• A strong commitment to patient care and continuous learning.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
