This position is an onsite role that primarily involves providing care in patients' homes across the Orlando area. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to determine each patient's functional abilities and limitations, developing tailored treatment plans in collaboration with them and their healthcare providers.
• Implement therapeutic interventions, utilizing techniques such as manual therapy, exercise prescription, and neuromuscular re-education to alleviate pain and enhance mobility.
• Provide education and training for patients and their caregivers, ensuring they understand the treatment plan and are equipped to participate effectively in their rehabilitation.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment strategies as required to maximize outcomes and striving to meet established utilization goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will enable you to work with a diverse spectrum of patients, including those with orthopedic injuries, neurological conditions, pediatrics, and sports-related issues. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program, with a strong theoretical foundation in rehabilitation.
• Current state licensure in Physical Therapy, ensuring compliance with all local regulations and standards.
• Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association to ensure safety in patient interactions.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, essential for building strong relationships with patients and their families.

Compensation and Benefits
