Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' medical histories and physical conditions to develop accurate assessments.
• Create personalized treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs and specific orthopedic conditions, including post-surgical rehabilitation and chronic pain management.
• Implement and oversee therapeutic exercises and activities aimed at enhancing mobility, strength, and range of motion.
• Employ various manual therapy techniques, such as trigger point therapy and dry needling, to reduce pain and expedite the healing process.
• Educate patients on proper body mechanics, injury prevention techniques, and at-home exercises to promote self-management of their conditions.
• Regularly monitor and document patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective rehabilitation outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with organizational policies and healthcare regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The Orthopedic Physical Therapist will primarily work with a diverse group of patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and various musculoskeletal disorders. Our patients span all age groups, from adolescents to seniors, all seeking to regain mobility and reduce pain. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
