Key Responsibilities

As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting thorough physical therapy evaluations and assessments for patients, particularly focusing on orthopedic conditions.
• Designing and executing individualized treatment plans aimed at achieving specific rehabilitation goals.
• Regularly reassessing patients to monitor their progress, updating treatment strategies and goals as needed based on clinical findings.
• Maintaining meticulous documentation including SOAP notes, progress reports, and care plans in our electronic health record system, ensuring compliance with legal and organizational standards.
• Educating patients and their families about recovery processes, techniques for self-management, and potential challenges they may encounter.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary team members within the clinic to enhance patient care outcomes.
• Adhering to minimum utilization standards while engaging in business objectives, demonstrating a commitment to service excellence.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will largely involve working with a diverse patient population. Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
