Work Environment

As a dedicated outpatient clinic, our rehabilitation facility offers a supportive and collaborative environment. You will work alongside a team of experienced healthcare professionals driven to facilitate patient recovery through evidence-based techniques. The facility features modern equipment and dedicated therapy spaces designed to enhance the patient experience. The regular working hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, providing a stable and predictable schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize evidence-based therapy techniques and exercise programs to treat a variety of musculoskeletal conditions effectively.
• Create and implement comprehensive, personalized treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs and therapeutic goals.
• Conduct thorough evaluations to diagnose musculoskeletal issues, ensuring hands-on care is provided to improve patient mobility and functionality.
• Monitor and document patient progress, regularly adjusting treatment strategies based on feedback and outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation exercises, health management, and preventive measures to foster sustained recovery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily work with orthopedic patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, and chronic pain challenges. Our diverse patient demographic includes individuals of all ages, from athletes seeking to return to their sports to seniors looking to regain their independence. Your capacity to build trusting relationships and instill confidence in your patients will be critical for their rehabilitation journey.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Florida Physical Therapy license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Two years of relevant clinical experience in an outpatient setting, preferably with an orthopedic focus.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Experience

• Experience using electronic health record (EHR) systems for patient documentation and progress tracking.
• Specialized training or certification in orthopedic physical therapy.
• Familiarity with contemporary physical therapy modalities and techniques.

Compensation and Benefits
