Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patient conditions, including evaluating movement disorders and identifying mobility challenges.
• Develop and implement tailored therapy programs that align with patient goals and recovery timelines, using evidence-based practices.
• Collaborate closely with physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to optimize treatment plans and coordinate patient care.
• Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises, injury prevention, and self-care strategies, empowering them to take an active role in their recovery.
• Document patient progress meticulously, ensuring compliance with medical standards and facilitating communication within the healthcare team.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and stay up-to-date with advancements in physical therapy techniques and treatments.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily engage with a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, chronic pain conditions, and sports-related injuries. We focus on creating customized care pathways to address the unique needs of each patient, ensuring they receive the best possible rehabilitation services that promote both physical recovery and emotional well-being.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current Florida PT License or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• Demonstrated clinical expertise and strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients and their families.
• A valid CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.

Preferred Experience

Ideal candidates will have a minimum of two years of experience in physical therapy, particularly in outpatient settings. Compensation and Benefits
