Work Environment

Situated in a cutting-edge rehabilitation facility, the work environment at Hype Motion Physical Therapy is designed to promote healing and recovery. Our facility is equipped with advanced rehabilitation equipment and tools to aid in patient recovery. You will work closely with supportive colleagues who share your passion for patient care in a friendly and team-oriented atmosphere. The operational hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, allowing for a balanced work-life schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients with functional limitations and disabilities, creating personalized treatment plans that reflect their unique needs and goals.
• Implement treatment protocols based on thorough assessments and adhere to the guidelines outlined by relevant state practice acts.
• Document each patient's treatment journey meticulously, including initial evaluations, daily encounter notes, interim progress summaries, and discharge evaluations that illustrate the patient's improvements.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to modify care plans as necessary, ensuring comprehensive care that meets evolving patient needs.
• Complete timely and accurate billing and documentation, utilizing electronic health record systems to maintain clarity in patient medical histories.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training to remain compliant with state and federal regulations and enhance skills.
• Engage actively in facility meetings, contributing insights to improve patient access and overall service delivery.

Our diverse patient population consists primarily of individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports-related injuries, and other musculoskeletal impairments. Qualifications

• A Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program, equipped with a comprehensive understanding of physical therapy principles and practices.
• Current certification and licensure as a Physical Therapist in the State of Florida.
• A minimum of two years of professional experience in outpatient orthopedic settings, demonstrating a track record of successful patient outcomes.
• Proficiency in CPR and an unwavering commitment to patient safety and care.

Preferred Experience

While two years of outpatient orthopedic experience is required, candidates with additional specialty training in areas such as manual therapy, sports rehabilitation, or pediatric physical therapy will be highly regarded. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and experience in interdisciplinary collaboration are also beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits
