Key Responsibilities

• Direct comprehensive physical therapy treatment to help clients prevent disabilities, alleviate pain, and restore functions according to individualized treatment plans.
• Oversee and guide physical therapy assistants to ensure the highest quality of service delivery.
• Conduct thorough evaluations of clients' physical capabilities, using diagnostic testing methods for muscles and joints.
• Assess clients' home environments and recommend adaptations to enhance rehabilitation and independence.
• Administer prescribed physical therapy treatments as directed by physicians, ensuring professional standards are met.
• Implement manual therapeutic exercises, plus instruct clients in non-manual exercises and daily functional activities.
• Evaluate and adjust prosthetic and orthotic devices as necessary, providing recommendations to physicians.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop, review, and update comprehensive care plans.
• Document client progress and any changes in condition thoroughly for clinical records, including initial evaluations, care plans, and discharge summaries.
• Participate actively in case conferences, contributing insights to enhance client treatment strategies.
• Educate clients and their families on proper use and care of physical therapy devices and overall therapy programs.
• Ensure compliance with all policies by submitting timely documentation and orders in line with branch protocols.
• Foster a collaborative environment, providing mentorship to Physical Therapy Assistants during therapy sessions.
• Perform functional assessments and review care plans to align with evolving client needs and available community resources.
• Complete additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned to support organizational goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist with Perfect Ratio Therapy Services, you will engage with a diverse clientele, encompassing individuals requiring rehabilitation for acute injuries, chronic pain management, post-surgical recovery, and geriatric rehabilitation. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
• Active and valid Physical Therapist license in Florida, with current standing listed by the state licensing board.
• One (1) year of experience working in a physical therapy setting is essential, preferably in outpatient or home health contexts.
• Current certifications in CPR and knowledge of federal and state regulations governing physical therapy practices.
• Strong inter-personal communication capabilities to engage effectively with clients, families, and team members.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers an annual salary range of USD 100,000 – 120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
