Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate patients' functional abilities, pain levels, and rehabilitation needs, applying evidence-based practices to create personalized treatment plans.
• Direct and oversee physical therapy assistants to ensure accurate implementation of treatment plans and maintain consistency of care.
• Administer various therapeutic modalities and treatments, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and use of physical agents, ensuring comprehensive therapeutic interventions.
• Monitor and document patients' progress, adjusting care plans based on changes in their condition while maintaining clear and detailed clinical records.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team and represent the physical therapy discipline in case conferences, contributing to a holistic approach to patient care.
• Instruct patients and their families in therapeutic exercises and proper use of supportive devices, aiming to optimize independence and quality of life.
• Engage in community resource evaluation to enhance rehabilitation opportunities and foster patient independence in their home environments.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited Doctorate Physical Therapy program (DPT).

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
