Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Revive Active Action Therapy, you will:

• Collaborate with the Director of Therapy Operations (DTO) to identify and implement clinical improvement opportunities that enhance patient care and operational efficiency.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with employers, referral sources, and payer groups through regular communication and engagement opportunities.
• Demonstrate proficiency in using clinical systems for efficient documentation, accurate coding levels, effective charge capture, and seamless follow-through on all patient care orders.
• Ensure all clinical practices comply with Florida State Practice Act, Rules and Regulations, Workers Compensation Regulations, and other relevant healthcare standards.
• Drive patient satisfaction metrics by assessing their experience and actively seeking feedback to continually refine our services.
• Consistently apply principles from the Physical Therapy Guidebook and ensure that every patient visit epitomizes a ‘Perfect PT visit'.
• Manage clinical outcomes for patients and work alongside staff therapists to address any outlier cases that require special attention.
• Create and streamline clinical workflows to optimize patient referrals, processing, and scheduling for maximum efficiency.
• Execute tailored therapy plans for each patient, prioritizing early intervention and same-day evaluations to expedite recovery.
• Foster a collaborative environment that encourages open communication, teamwork, exceptional clinical outcomes, and a strong commitment to patient safety.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our practice primarily serves a diverse group of individuals with varying needs—from those recovering from surgery, sports injuries, to rehabilitation after strokes or other life-altering events. Every patient deserves a customized approach, and as a Physical Therapist, you will develop individualized therapy protocols that address their specific conditions, preferences, and goals.

Qualifications

To qualify for this position, candidates must possess:

• A valid Florida State license as a Physical Therapist.
• A Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a strong customer service orientation, demonstrated through tact and professionalism when interacting with patients.
• Effective problem-solving abilities, utilizing logic to identify key facts, explore alternatives, and propose quality solutions in fast-paced scenarios.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, candidates with the following experiences will be given preference:

• Clinical experience in rehabilitation settings, particularly with outpatient therapy.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and case management software.
• Previous engagements involving participation in community health outreach programs.

Compensation and Benefits

We are offering a competitive salary in the range of USD 120,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Additionally, we provide:
