Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage clinical outcomes while collaborating with staff therapists to address complex patient cases and ensure optimal care.
• Streamline clinical workflows to enhance patient capture rates, process referrals efficiently, and schedule appointments effectively.
• Implement individualized therapy plans focusing on early intervention strategies and same-day patient evaluations, optimizing recovery timelines.
• Create a professional, collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork, drives exceptional outcomes, and maintains a high standard of patient safety.
• Partner with the Director of Therapy Operations (DTO) to identify clinical improvement opportunities that enhance service delivery and patient outcomes.
• Build and maintain relationships with local employers, referral sources, and payers through proactive communication and engagement initiatives.
• Utilize clinical documentation systems proficiently to ensure accurate reporting, coding, and follow-through on patient care orders.
• Ensure compliance with state-practice regulations, including adherence to the Florida State Practice Act and Workers' Compensation (WC) regulations.
• Drive patient satisfaction metrics and continuously work on improving the patient and client experience within the practice.
• Exemplify the standards set forth in the Physical Therapy Guidebook and ensure every patient visit aligns with the Perfect PT model.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The role involves working with a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from orthopedic injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, and those managing chronic conditions such as arthritis or neuromuscular disorders. You will utilize a blend of evidence-based practices tailored to the unique needs of each patient, ensuring that all care delivered aligns with both therapeutic goals and individual lifestyle considerations.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program is required.
• Possession of an active Florida State licensure as a Physical Therapist is mandatory.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to apply logic in decision-making processes are essential.
• Excellent customer service skills, demonstrating tact, professionalism, and empathy while engaging with patients and their families.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with clinical outcome management, rehabilitation protocols, and patient-centered care practices is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record systems and documentation best practices to support seamless care delivery.
• Previous experience working in an outpatient therapy setting, especially with a focus on multi-disciplinary teamwork, will be an advantage.

Compensation and Benefits
