Work Environment

This position is primarily onsite at our Goldenrod facility. Key Responsibilities

• Provide individualized treatment sessions to patients, focusing on their specific health goals and recovery needs.
• Manage a manageable caseload, ensuring you can give ample attention and time to each patient.
• Employ your expertise in orthopedic outpatient care, utilizing your background in physical therapy to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
• Utilize cost-effective, evidence-based therapies aimed at improving patient mobility while emphasizing non-surgical interventions to maintain and enhance their physical health.
• Regularly design comprehensive rehabilitation plans that incorporate diverse therapeutic techniques tailored to each patient.
• Encourage and support patients throughout their rehabilitation journey, fostering motivation and a positive outlook.
• Monitor and evaluate treatment outcomes, adjusting plans as necessary to ensure optimal patient progress.
• Document all aspects of care provided to ensure an accurate and thorough patient record, using EMR software such as Web PT.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to establish a holistic approach to patient care, ensuring they receive the best possible outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work primarily with an eclectic mix of outpatient clients, including athletes managing injuries, post-operative patients, and individuals seeking to improve their overall physical function and quality of life. Your role is pivotal in developing personalized plans that cater to these diverse needs, ensuring each patient feels valued and cared for.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy is required; a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is preferred.
• An active and impeccable Physical Therapist license with no history of sanctions or board proceedings is essential.
• Demonstrated proficiency in various manual therapy techniques.
• A strong ability to design and implement successful exercise programs tailored to individual patient needs.
• Highly skilled in utilizing EMR systems for patient documentation, preferably Web PT.
• A current understanding of physical therapy methodologies backed by the latest research is crucial for this role.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in an outpatient clinic setting is highly desirable, particularly in sports medicine rehabilitation.
• Strong background in treating orthopedic conditions and a proven track record of improving patient outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
