Senior Collections Specialist Collections Specialist Alpharetta , Georgia Contract Sep 22, 2026 Job Title: Senior Collections Specialist Contract : 6+ month contract Location : Alpharetta, GA Hourly: $23-27/hr Schedule: 100% Onsite M-F, 8am-5pm Benefits: For eligible employees we offer medical, dental, vision, and 401K Job Description Manage assigned customer accounts through collection calls, email correspondence, reconciliations, adjustments, and follow-up on outstanding balances. Provide customer service by researching and resolving payment discrepancies while maintaining positive customer relationships. Partner with sales and management teams to expedite collections and support Accounts Receivable processes. Qualifications 3+ years of commercial collections experience Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Detail-oriented and highly accurate with a methodical approach to completing tasks and resolving issues. #AO9 #J-18808-Ljbffr
