Responsibilities
- Perform MRI examinations according to department protocols to ensure high-quality diagnostic images
- Position patients, explain procedures, and screen for contraindications and safety risks prior to imaging
- Apply MR safety practices, monitor patients for comfort and safety, and manage any adverse reactions in accordance with policy
- Operate MRI equipment (including Philips systems), select appropriate sequences, adjust parameters, and verify patient data
- Collaborate with radiologists and care teams; document procedures and findings in Epic; communicate any concerns or deviations
- Maintain equipment readiness with routine quality assurance checks; report malfunctions and participate in safe, efficient workflow

Requirements
- Active ARRT or ARMRIT license; MR advanced licensure required
- MRI Tech Certification Verification (Equivalency) and BLS certification
- Philips MRI experience required
- Epic experience within the past 2 years required
- Minimum 1 year of MRI imaging experience
- Prior travel assignment experience preferred; reliable transportation required due to limited public transit in the area
