Oracle HCM experience is a plus but not required for candidates with strong analytical fundamentalsStrong analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate business needs, assess options, and recommend practical solutionsAbility to clarify ambiguous requests, ask effective follow-up questions, and deliver practical, actionable outputs Ability to communicate recommendations and solutions to non-technical clients and end usersData modeling and cloud data warehouse experienceBackground in professional services or another people-focused industryPosting Date: 2026-09-01
