Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations of mental health diagnoses and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Maintain a minimum of 27 client visits per week, ensuring that each session is productive, engaging, and aligned with best practices.
\n
• Document all treatment interactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company protocols, including assessments, treatment plans, and case notes.
\n
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including case managers, medical personnel, and school staff, to coordinate comprehensive services for clients.
\n
• Utilize innovative therapeutic interventions to help clients achieve and surpass their mental health goals.
\n
• Participate actively in clinical staff meetings and training sessions, contributing insights and fostering a culture of continuous learning.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on delivering therapeutic solutions to a diverse client base, including children, adolescents, and families from various socio-economic backgrounds. Qualifications\n

• A master's degree in a behavioral science or related field from an accredited institution is required.

• Current LMFT PA clinical license is a prerequisite for application.
\n
• Proficiency in completing clinical documentation, including treatment plans and comprehensive case notes.
\n
• Demonstrated effective written and verbal communication skills for client engagement and professional collaboration.
\n
• Able to maintain appropriate boundaries and foster strong therapeutic alliances with clients.
\n
• Experience working with a diverse population and sensitivity to cultural differences.
\n
• Familiarity with Office 365 and electronic health record systems; experience with Valant is advantageous.
\n
• Must be able to pass a background check in accordance with our hiring policies.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, prior experience in a clinical setting focusing on family and marriage counseling, combined with a strong background in individual therapy, will be advantageous in this role. Familiarity with current therapeutic methodologies and community mental health resources will be beneficial.
