For decades, our certified technicians have provided exceptional heating, ventilation, and air conditioning solutions, from central air conditioning to ductless mini-splits. We are looking for a dedicated individual to support our administrative operations by ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our company data. The ideal candidate will be a reliable professional with a keen eye for detail, capable of managing large volumes of information efficiently. Responsibilities

• Accurately input and manage customer information, service appointments, and work order details in our company database.
• Update and maintain electronic records, including client accounts, service histories, and billing information.
• Process invoices, supplier details, and other financial data with a high degree of precision.
• Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities, and check the output.
• Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations, and perform backup operations.
• Scan and organise documents, maintaining a systematic digital and physical filing system.
• Uphold strict confidentiality standards when handling sensitive company and customer information.

• Proven experience in a data entry or similar administrative role.
• Excellent typing speed and accuracy with a strong focus on data integrity.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
• Familiarity with office equipment such as printers and scanners.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• The ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
