Job Title: Restaurant Crew Member

Overview: As a Restaurant Crew Member, you play a vital role in the day-to-day operations of the restaurant. You will work as part of a team delivering exceptional customer service, prepare food items, maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards, and contribute to a positive dining experience for guests.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Service: - Greet customers warmly and assist them in placing their orders.
2. Provide recommendations and answer questions about menu items.
3. Ensure prompt and courteous service to enhance the customer-s experience.
4. Food Preparation and Assembly: - Prepare and assemble food and beverage items according to restaurant recipes and standards.
5. Ensure food items are prepared and served in a timely manner.
6. Maintain proper portion control and presentation of food items.
7. Cleaning and Sanitation: - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, kitchen, and customer service areas.
8. Follow sanitation guidelines and food safety procedures to ensure a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.
9. Assist with dishwashing and cleaning of kitchen equipment as needed.
10. Teamwork and Communication: - Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient operations and excellent customer service.
11. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff, servers, and management regarding customer orders and any issues that arise.
12. Support fellow team members during busy periods and contribute to a positive work environment.
13. Compliance and Policies: - Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and standards of conduct.
14. Follow health and safety guidelines, including proper handling of food and equipment.
15. Report any maintenance or safety issues to management promptly.
16. Upselling and Promotion: - Inform customers about special promotions, new menu items, and upselling opportunities.
17. Encourage customers to participate in loyalty programs or special offers to enhance their dining experience.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions, with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, and move around the restaurant for extended periods.
• Lift and carry items weighing up to 25 pounds.
