Job Description Description Looking for a friendly and detail-oriented bookkeeper to join our team in the internet industry! You will play a crucial role in ensuring our financial records are accurately maintained and up-to-date. As our bookkeeper, you will have the opportunity to work alongside a talented group of professionals in a collaborative and innovative environment. Responsibilities Maintain accurate financial records, including cash receipts, invoices, and payments Process and manage accounts payable and accounts receivable Reconcile bank statements on a monthly basis Create monthly financial reports and assist with budgeting and forecasting Manage and track inventory and assist with purchasing decisions Coordinate with our accountant to ensure all financial documentation is accurate and up-to-date Assist with other financial or administrative tasks as necessary Requirements Excellent communication and organizational skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field (or equivalent experience) Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Local to San Antonio, partial remote job/partial office #J-18808-Ljbffr
