Looking for a friendly and detail-oriented bookkeeper to join our team in the internet industry! You will play a crucial role in ensuring our financial records are accurately maintained and up-to-date. As our bookkeeper, you will have the opportunity to work alongside a talented group of professionals in a collaborative and innovative environment. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate financial records, including cash receipts, invoices, and payments; processing and managing accounts payable and accounts receivable; reconciling bank statements on a monthly basis; creating monthly financial reports and assisting with budgeting and forecasting; managing and tracking inventory and assisting with purchasing decisions; coordinating with our accountant to ensure all financial documentation is accurate and up-to-date; and assisting with other financial or administrative tasks as necessary.

Requirements include excellent communication and organizational skills, strong attention to detail and accuracy, experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software, a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience), demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and the self-starter ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Local to San Antonio, partial remote job/partial office.
