Commercial Property Manager

Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager to oversee two sophisticated commercial properties in the Boston/Cambridge market. This role combines hands-on property operations, exceptional client service, financial management, vendor oversight, and capital project coordination. Life science property experience is highly preferred, though candidates with strong commercial office or similar Class A property management experience will also be considered.

Essential Functions

• Manage day-to-day property and facilities operations across two locations.
• Provide exceptional service to clients, tenants, and key stakeholders.
• Manage annual operating budgets, forecasts, variance reporting, and property financials.
• Oversee CAM reconciliations, rent collection, AP/AR, accruals, and billbacks.
• Conduct property inspections and ensure maintenance issues are resolved promptly.
• Manage vendors, contractors, building engineers, and service providers.
• Oversee capital projects, tenant improvements, maintenance, and repairs.
• Track project budgets, schedules, and capital expenditures.
• Review leases and amendments and maintain lease information within Yardi.
• Support property tours, client onboarding, move-ins, and move-outs.
• Coordinate permits, inspections, renewals, and regulatory requirements.
• Respond to property emergencies and coordinate appropriate resources.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial property management experience preferred.
• Life science property management experience highly preferred.
• Strong experience managing property budgets, financial reporting, and annual forecasts.
• Experience with CAM reconciliations, AP/AR, rent rolls, and property-level accounting.
• Experience overseeing vendors, building operations, and capital projects.
• Yardi or comparable property management system experience preferred.
• Strong client service and relationship-management skills.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple properties, projects, and priorities simultaneously.
• Must be able to work fully onsite and split time between Boston and Cambridge properties.
