About the Role

As a Remote Client Success Team Lead , you'll provide exceptional support to clients while developing the leadership skills needed to advance within our organization. Working in a fully virtual environment, you'll collaborate with teammates, build lasting client relationships, and contribute to a culture centered on service and continuous growth.

What You'll Do

Key Responsibilities

• Meet with clients virtually through Zoom and other online communication platforms

• Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service

• Assist clients with enrollment and follow-up support

• Maintain accurate client records and documentation

• Collaborate with teammates to ensure an outstanding client experience

This is a 100% remote, independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven; this is not an hourly or salaried position.

Candidates selected to move forward should be prepared to:

• Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
• Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
• Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
• Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
• Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense

No prior insurance experience is required. Training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided.
