You’ll work with  warm leads—individuals who have already applied or expressed interest —so your focus is on making connections, confirming interest, scheduling appointments, and helping candidates successfully move through the interview process.

No previous recruiting or appointment-setting experience is required. Training and ongoing support are provided.

What You’ll Do

As a  Remote Phone Booker / Appointment Scheduler , you’ll play an important role in keeping our recruiting pipeline active, organized, and moving forward.

Candidate Outreach & Scheduling

• Make outbound calls to candidates who have already applied or expressed interest

• Introduce yourself and create a friendly, professional first impression

• Confirm candidate interest and availability

• Schedule interviews and appointments using our online calendar system

• Help candidates select available appointment times

• Send or communicate appointment information and next steps

• Confirm upcoming appointments

• Follow up with candidates who missed previous meetings

• Assist candidates who need to reschedule

• Answer basic questions regarding the scheduling and interview process

Follow-Up & Candidate Support

• Maintain consistent communication with prospective candidates

• Track call attempts, responses, and appointment outcomes

• Maintain accurate candidate notes

• Update information in our recruiting and scheduling systems

• Communicate professionally through phone, email, and text when appropriate

• Maintain organized follow-up lists

• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers

• Help improve appointment attendance and keep the recruiting pipeline moving efficiently

Warm Leads — No Random Cold Calling

You won’t spend your day searching for random people to contact.

Our team provides candidates who have  already submitted an application or expressed interest in learning more about our opportunities .

Your role is straightforward:

This is a 100% remote, independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven; this is not an hourly or salaried position.

Candidates selected to move forward should be prepared to:
