A rapidly growing behavioral health organization is seeking a strong HR leader to oversee HR operations for a large decentralized workforce across the region.
This is a highly visible leadership role overseeing an established HR team and partnering closely with executive leadership to strengthen accountability, employee relations, communication, performance management, compliance, and operational HR processes across the organization.
We are specifically seeking someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-volume environments and understands the complexities of supporting employees who work remotely in the field rather than within a traditional office setting.
Ideal backgrounds may include:
- Behavioral Health
- Home Care / Hospice
- Healthcare Services
- Transportation / Logistics
- Other decentralized or multi-site workforce environments
The ideal candidate is process-oriented, operationally strong, calm under pressure, and capable of creating structure, consistency, and scalable HR systems within a growing organization.
What began as a small grassroots organization has evolved into one of the largest peer support providers in the state, serving communities across dozens of counties through hundreds of thousands of peer-led engagements. Despite its tremendous growth, the organization remains deeply mission-driven, rooted in compassion, persistence, and a commitment to showing up for the individuals and families it serves.
